We have mold in the apartment, the dishwasher is broken. We've tried to reach them so many times by email, mail and even walking to the office in Zurich but they DO NOTHING. Awful company.

Cheating agency
Even I can't give them single star.because house has lot of trouble . everything is not good and lot of cockroaches is there.they are so adamant.for cancellation the terms.they are asking us full amount.if we want arrange tenants but they are not rectify any thing.for past one year we are raising complaints.but no response. I lost all money of advance. I reach India I paying the amount with fine.

I send them all documents to rent a flat have been waiting they were saying that it take some time to fill the papers etc but everything is fine finally called them and they said that they have rented it already. SCAM stay a way from them

Total disaster of a Verwaltung. Slow, disorganised, don't get things fixed either in the short or long term. Avoid.

Was für eine katastrophale Verwaltung. So etwas habe ich nie erlebt. Nach 3 Wochen unsere Bewerbung für eine Wohnung, Sagen Sie die Wohnung ist zu jemand andere gegeben.

Hatten eine mündliche Zusage... als wir nach 1.5 Wochen uns nach dem Mietvertrag erkundigt haben, wurde uns versichert, dass wir die Wohnung zu 100% bekommen würden. Eine Stunde später kam ein Rückruf, eine Dame teilte uns mit, dass die Wohnung zeitgleich einem anderen versprochen wurde. Zum Trost wollte sie uns eine Wohnung andrehen die 500.- mehr gekostet hätte. Absolute Frechheit und total unseriös.

Azienda immobiliare pessima, la peggiore.
I costi sono alti e nessuno si occupa del mantenimento del condominio, ignorano le email, manodopera inesistente. NON AFFITTATE CASE DA LORO.

Eine Katastrophe die Wohnung hatte das absolute Minimum war aber im oberen Preissegment dann war im Inserat ein Balkon oder Freisitz angegeben und nun raten wir mal kein Balkon pfui deibel kann man da nur sagen. Vorsicht vor dieser Firma
