This is the second time I use their service. First time was via app to the airport and second time actually was happened yesterday that we called the taxi by phone. Both were very good experiences.

I would like to specially mention our experience yesterday. Last night my little daughter had an emergency and need to rush to children hospital. They sent out a taxi within few minutes while others refused to drive a sick kid. And the driver was super friendly and efficient. So I strongly recommend it.

I did a pre-booking through the web browser because it’s the best price in town. I received a confirmation email, then 20min before the booking time got a driver assigned, the taxi arrived more than on time, perfect trip. Thanks! PS: stay tune for the new App release!

Driver was friendly although the travel was very short so not so much time to speak, he helped carrying luggage as well.

I oder the taxi at 01.20 A.M and they told me the price before that i have to pay 30 CHF since the adress where i wanted to go. How can they make a fix price without using the machine? And they said 5 minutes and i wait since 01.45 outside and i was everytime calling and the guy that i talk told me everytime that the taxi driver is on the way. I called now again and he ask me to wait 5 mins more. I took another taxi because this is not a serious firma. Never ever call for a taxi here. They are not serious. And when i call to tell them my reclamation they just close me the phone. This is unveliveble.
