My quality rimless frame broke after half an hour they returned to me. i went back. They substitute the frame bridge, picked it up again in the evening of a couple of day after, and the morning after the frame arm failed. Went back and they substitute the broken piece with another. When i finally pick it up the lenses where completely lopsided.
My interpretation is that they wrongly mounted the lenses, trying to adjusted they overheated and over-stressed my frame, completely damaging it. And never been able to recover from that, refusing to give me a refund.
So, i stated with a quality frame(titan flex kind of frame ), and end up paying 5ooCHF, with the lenses that are not aligned and a frame with components of 3 different colors.
Absolutely to avoid, I am surprised he is able to stay in the business.
