I have heard a lot of great feedbacks about this company and was looking forward to have a long collaboration with them. The plan was to have a deep cleaning for the apartment and then to carry on with the regular contract.
We had a meeting in the end of November, where we discussed what to do and also I told that the idea is to have the cleaning before Christmas. I got the offer from them after the end of the working day of December 23rd. The price was very high, the offer had mistakes in room numbers. I have calculated the hourly effort and agreed to the price as I used professional deep cleaning before and for the proper clean that was fine. In reality we could organize the cleaning only in the end of January. As the mistakes in the offer letter were not corrected the cleaners refused to clean one room, they very quickly became not nice when I started to tell them where the cleaning quality was not acceptable. After that I have complained to the company for the quality of the cleaning and sent them couple of photos as an evidence. In response they have sent me a lady, who told that she is going to fix only what I sent in pictures and she has only one hour booked.
I don’t know, maybe they are good in the final cleaning, but my experience was awful.
In points: they are not responsive, ignore the feedbacks and seems do not really looking forward for the long term collaboration
Cleaning quality: very poor with problems of taking the feedback.
Price: in my case it was charged 89 CHF per hour and despite my numerous requests before the cleaning on how many working hours planned I have never received the response. They send the pauschal price and do not disclose any further details.
I have all correspondence and photos in my possession and could proof with the documents each word written above. My advice to look for something else if you need the cleaning support.

Update: after publishing of this review I have received the letter from the company with an apology asking me to amend the rating in exchange to 200 chf voucher which you again could use only for the pauschal based service. The fact of the matter is that before it went to the public space the company just sent me a formal letter like „we are sorry that the service provided was not in line with your expectations“ and they were not willing at all to open any negotiations about the price, any kind of refunds or even have a look what exactly went wrong (I would be happy to arrange the visit after which by the way they do require before they give you the price).
I hope that over time lots of positive reviews of the happy and satisfied customers who got the great service for the fair price will override my rating and wish the company great success going forward
