Nice smoke shop. Got a lighter in here. They have a bunch of cigars, cigarettes and legal CBC weed too. Friendly staff.

Avoid if you are looking for a serious business. They lie about their return policy and have the worst customer service I ever experienced.

On September 8 bought a vaper, I paid cash and I didn’t get a receipt (even when I asked for it), so I explicitly ask if it was possible to return it in case it didn’t fulfill my expectations and they said YES.
It’s 14/09 and they keep refusing me to exchange the product for a different one (not even asking for my money back). I went to the store two times and explained the situation but they keep making endless excuses for not to allow me to return it.
I’m leaving Zurich today and I really needed an answer (since the product doesn’t work for me) but the only one I got was “so sorry, my coworker is sick and I can’t do anything without the receipt” (the one they didn’t gave me).
So I ended up with a 200CHF product I don’t want, apparently because of an employee flu.

Except that every time in there I almost fall down that staircase and the smell seems strange to me (but thats how old buildings smell!) I really like the Charme of that shop. I am glad i never broke anything as they have a wide range of especially glass factored products in several versions. The staff in addition is extremely helpful with a wide knowledge they are pleased to share.

Great little shop to fulfill all your smoking needs. Great selection of puff (THC reduced) products alongside an assortment of smoking paraphernalia. The lower level of the shop holds a wide variety of vaping products. However as I do not vape I am unable to comment on these. Staff are always friendly and greet every customer with a broad smile.

I originally tried online and was advised to go to the shop, when having a question about a certain vape.
In the shop the wanted 70bucks more than advertised online, yet they gave it to me to the original price when I was complaining.
Nice try to rip me off. In other countries such methods would be considered illegal.

I just called in (at the shop open) and the first time they answered and then hung up shortly after, second time didn’t pick up the phone. It was a dude. I’ll update my score and the review if you will do something about it. I’m a regular, I have spent 50-100/week for years
