Best pretzels in Switzerland. Crispy, light, and delicious. You cannot eat just one. The other baked goods are wonderful too.

The bakery is open normal hours Tuesday- Friday as of March 18, 2020 and as delicious as ever. I asked: the baker starts working at 2-3 am so we can have all these wonderful breads, rolls and croissants at 8 AM

A beloved insider's favorite for generations. Get there early, as they do run low on popular items (Wähe, Zigerchrapfe eg) towards the end of the day.

The building was built in the 1300's and it's been a bakery since the early 1600's. How great is that? Wonderful bread!!!
