I have been waiting now for 5 months to have a new blind fitted. Nothing has happened apart from excuses! I am now threatening to get my lawyer involved, but this doesn't seem to have made a difference to their attitude. In fact, they find it completely acceptable to continue ignoring me. A blind may seem to be a small detail, but on a ground floor apartment it is a security risk, not only for me but for my wife and child too. I think they actually believe they are doing me a favour by letting me live here!

All procedures take too much time. There are no feedbacks from the estate managers and the service is really bad.

Not professional, very disturbing policies when it comes to explaining the additional costs and tendency to put more costs on tendant than it says on contract. Very difficult to deal with.

Totally unprofessional and dishonest.

THEY RAISED THE PRICE OF THE LISTING SEVERAL TIMES in the span of a few days, from around 1700 to more than 2100…

Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Great Agency. Efficient and really helpful. Our issues in the accomodation was took care promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Don't rent a house there they wont help and always want money if you move out dont respond and most of them are just out for the money
