I was happy with the service. I wanted them to fix the breaks and make a small overall check-up, and they fixed everything, including the smallest details (such as fixing the broken bell or securing the basket). I also found it slightly cheaper than the other 2-3 bike shops I've been to in Zurich.

This is the best place to fix your bike in Zurich. Not only very professional but also very very friendly as the owner ( Mt Thambiah) as the employees. I had a problem with my older simplon e-bike (neondrive motor) that no other shop in Zurich would choose to try to repair but this team did and I am super thankful !! I would suggest this shop to everyone !!

Do NOT bring your bike here, you will just waste your time and money. They "fixed" a flat tire for me but they didn't do it properly because after riding the bike once, the tire was flat again. I brought the bike back the next day and they fixed it again (I assumed for free) but then asked me to pay AGAIN because there was "no guarantee." I said I should not have to pay because they never fixed it properly the first time. When I refused to pay they called the POLICE. Seriously, AVOID VELOFIX AT ALL COSTS, they are dishonest and mean.

Went to pickup bike for my brother. 94Chf.- for an 1 inner tube change and 1 tire change. Was 121Chf.- before i asked for clarification on the work done. Said the error was due to the employee cashing me in not knowing how to use the new system they installed.
Either case it seems pretty expensive but might be common in zurich. I am not from the area.

Bought today some bag for my brompton. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely return. Prices are good!

Unfriendly service. I only asked to pump the tyres of the baby stroller. I had to pay 2 francs for a 10 seconds job. Most of all the guy was totally unfriendly in an empty shop so I was not bothering. Won't go there again.
