Ask for Jamie! I needed a solid gravel bike to ride the Pamir Highway in Tadzhikistan and he put my "Velofabrik Lava" bike together in no time! Hub dynamo to charge my phone on the go, customized the gears for the steep ascents, helped with fitting all the baggage and advised me while preparing for upcoming repairs. Thank you so much!

I had my racing bike serviced at Velofabrik. They went out of their way to quickly find a very specific headset bearing that was needed to fix it. My bike was ready for pickup in the afternoon and it was shining like new.

Jamie & Richard are super friendly and have a wealth of knowledge about all things related to bikes. Both of them took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and they were so generous to offer a free testride over the weekend! What‘s cool is that they have their own brand; the bikes are well-designed and beautiful. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Recently purchased a road bike and was very happy with the customer service and advice given. Was guided through available bikes based on my preferences and very happy with the outcome! Was also given a lot of general bike advice and offered follow up services if needed.

Great staff, friendly, highly competent!
I turned up unannounced during high season with a mechanical problem and they instantly had a look at it and fixed it (although it was not a super obvious defect). Obviously, this will be my go-to place in the future...

We bought 2 bikes a year ago and so far everything was great! We came back twice to improve the fit and do a service. Super nice folks ????

Stepped in this bike shop because it’s near to my home I discovered a bunch of very passionate and lovely guys. We had some nice bike talks, they could give me all the infos I needed about repairing my old bike, and let me try a few of their very own homemade bikes. Their „Apex“ is such a great bike, and being able to try it out with different setups, choosing pretty much every component, and always in a great atmosphere makes me definitely considering getting one to replace my current Basso. And I don’t think one could get a custom bike for such a reasonable price.
Honestly the best bike place I’ve been in Zürich!
