Superb service!
These guys know what they’re doing and it’s hard to find a shop that cares more about your velo (they may even care more than you do!). They always seem to be smiling, even when the shop is super busy. That’s a good sign.
Advice is excellent.
Attitude is top.
Customer service is genuine and realistic.

Amazing people, very efficient at their work, on time delivery (even earlier), polite and with work ethics. Prices are super ideal also. No negatives from my side for Velo Hubertus. Definitely will visit it again!

Very good service. As spring season starts I can leave the bikes with short notice, and bikes would also be also checked and fixed within few days. Very friendly staff, can definitely recommend!

Mr .Müller and Mr. Schneller are very friendly people and fluent English speakers. If you are new in town as I am, dont waste your time anywhere else. They never let you order for unecessary extra-repairs. The shop close next to me have told they would take one week to repair a broken spoke, whereas Team-Hubertus have sorted it out straight away.
