I always have a good experience here. Staff is very helpful, speak English and go the extra mile. I wanted a supplement which was not recommended while breastfeeding and the pharmacists recommended a natural alternative and called the company/doctors to make sure it was ok for me.

Today I tried making an appointment for the flu vaccine. The pharmacist asked me if I was registered - I was not - and told me the vaccine is out of stock and I could try in December. Our conversation was interrupted by an assistant. The pharmacist did not even propose to register me. I felt unwelcome.

Friendly staff.
They charge an extra fee to explain the medicine. While this is legal, other pharmacies provide this service for free.

Usually nice, but I came with my old drugs and they charged me 10chf. This is allowed, but other pharmacies do not charged for this.

Ich habe nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht! Freundliche, kompetente und hilfreiche Beratung. Man wird unterstützt, gut beraten und begleitet. Ich fühle mich seit Jahren sehr wohl in dieser Apotheke und bekomme immer wieder hilfreiche Tipps und Unterstützung. Ich fühle mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen. Danke dafür!
