One star given for a kids production of the Hobbit (yay). 4 stars lost for not letting in our kids. Rather rudely refused even after calling up and purchasing the tickets. Apparently a strict 8+ rating for a kids theatre production which was not clear on the website, nor when we booked the tickets nor when we phoned them to check. A favourite movie of ours but sadly not appropriate for kids under 8. Please update and make it clear on your website the age limits for your productions!

Wir waren in der Inszenierung Im Wald für ab 12jährige und es war (wie immer) fantastisch- Theater Stadelhofen ist Kultur für alle Altersgruppen auf Höchstniveau. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind super nett und entspannt....Immer wieder!

Am Sonntag kein Parkplatz gefunden, 7 Minuten zu spät, Einlass verwehrte die Schweizer Kassiererin und gab mir das Geld für das Ticket, das ich online gekauft hatte, ungerührt zurück. Den Hinweis, dass ich extra eine Stunde Sonntag vormittag nach Zürich gefahren war, war ihr komplett wurscht. Klassisches Schweizer Assi-Verhalten. Unsozial, Egomanisch, gruselig. Typisch Schweiz halt. Hab ich noch in keinem anderen Land so erlebt. Das Theater besuch ich sicher nie mehr.

Sorry aber wenn ein Theaterbetreiber von 4 bis 5 Jährigen Kindern verlangt dass eine Maske während des gesamten Aufenthaltes getragen werden muss, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen! Irgendwo hat es Grenzen, und bei Kindern in dem Alter sind diese definitiv überschritten!
