Negative experience when wanting to shop a mask. Was told I did not buy the last mask at the store and hence was told off. Not a pleasant experience.

Nice store where the very kind Joel helped me find the right equipment for a last minute diving trip with lots of patience, kindness and professionalism. Thank you, can only recommend.

I went to the shop this morning as I saw a dive computer online and it was showing in stock. Carole helped us and was super friendly and knew her products well. She helped me to set up the diving computer and told me about the battery change in 2 years. She went above and beyond and answered our questions about some diving destinations we were looking to check out. I would definitely go back. They also offer the online if you don't live near Zurich.

Did my divers license here and cannot recommend that for anybody. Stuff is friendly till you encounter some problems. No cooperation, unfriendly and in the end I wasted a lot of money for nothing.
Just one example, I had to fight for my students discount as it is stated on the website for almost 1 month...

Sorry guys but you have to do better as there many other shops like you...

Bought an Aqualung i200C dive computer here, which broke after a short while. I sent it back to them to be repaired at the manufacturer. They sent me a new one to me once the manufacturer took very long to repair.
