it was a nice experience and you can really just go there without anything, but the hall was really much smaller than i expected, that means i was never alone in any room, mostly i shared everything with 3-4 other people. if the rooms could be bigger or there was less people, it would really be a wonderful experience :)

The venue is very nice, however, the customer service is outrageous. I had a foam massage during which a masseuse pulled my arm in a wrong way which resulted in obligatory doctor visit and MRI. My muscle has been torn and recovery took almost 8 months. Having informed the venue about the incident they promised to get back to me soon enough. Unfortunately, nobody followed up, even though I have written another email weeks after. Very disappointing.

A must visit place if in Zurich. The price is high but it is really relaxing. The architecture of the place is also brilliant.

Solid facilities, really good sauna and excellent massages. Really worth exploring for a few hours away without even leaving the city!

Wow what a great afternoon in the hammam! Krishna the Ayurveda masseur has golden hands that do wonders! I love to come back again! Very pleasant quiet atmosphere! Thank you all!
