My family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Staff acted kind and informative. The location was absolutely perfect and walkable to many interesting locations. My one complaint is that Air Conditioning left a lot to be desired, but that's the norm for Europe.

I absolutely recommend this hotel!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Though a bit pricey, it is in the most charming neighborhood/district of Zurich (Old Town). The hotel has a modern boutique feel, is extremely new, and extremely clean. The staff is overly kind and also extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend using as a home base close to airport, or for a few night stay. Free breakfast too!

The staff was really nice, the rooms great, it is located in the town centre/old town. The rooms are very modern and clean. Just keep in mind, that there is no free parking, but a carpark is really close by (pretty expensive though since it is the middle of the city).

The place is in the middle of everything you want to get your eyes on. Staff is friendly, and the location is startigic. Rooms size is acceptable, beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are relaxing with good technology used to control your demands. ???? looking forward to visit a gain one day. ???? and yes, they are kids friendly.

Positive: Charming location and attentive staff, easily walkable to local eateries, churches, and bridges in old town. Great visibility from rooms. Negative: Uber & Lyft cannot drive direct up to door of hotel making pickup arrangements challenging. Bathroom smelled like mold. Plum left out for us was completely bruised. Small room. Hotel placed a hold on credit card in the equivalent of cost of stay.

Its great! And a gem when traveling with kids. You are in the heart of the city but the rooms are new and there is a small kitchenette. Perfect.

Wow! What a modern room with clever uses of space, all the greatest amenities, and latest tech conveniences like super fast wifi, casting to TV, Bluetooth, smart lights, and cute little touches like fresh fruit, water, and a fan for the heatwave. The front desk was also super pleasant and helpful as well. The location was exactly where we wanted to be which was right in the center of the action.

The included breakfast buffet was much better than expected with such a sweet waitress providing superb ice coffee!

My only critiques are that the AC could be cooler, and the shower could have used a vinegar/bleach/scrub as there was some mildew in the corners.

Overall this hotel is a great value and would come back every time we fly in and out of Zurich!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and the rooms were really stylish and spacious. Nice choice of colour overall. The service is on point.
