Habe heute bei Simon's Optik eine positive Überraschung erlebt: Meine stark verbogene Brille konnte durch eine zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterin professionell wieder instandgesetzt werden, und zwar innert weniger Minuten und erst noch kostenlos. Herzlichen Dank für den super Service!

Wirklich willkommen als Kunde!
Als das Brillen-tragen-müssen zu meiner neuen Realität wurde, ging ich auf Empfehlung einer Bekannten zu Simon‘s. Ich wurde fündig, nach stilsicherer Beratung. Als sich Wochen später aber herausstellte, dass ich das Brillengestell auf die Dauer als unbequem empfand, bot mir Simon‘s ein neues Gestell an, zu sehr grosszügigen Konditionen mit top Beratung.

Sie möchten, dass ihre Kunden wieder kommen. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Einmal weigerte sich Simon, mir eine neue Brille anzupassen und schickte mich stattdessen zum Augenarzt. Diagnose: Grüner Star. Ohne Simon‘s Weigerung wäre ich längst am erblinden. Mehr als ein Optiker: Simon‘s Optik!
