Fantastic wine selection with great sommeliers available. Wine can be chosen directly from their cellars in a nice atmosphere. Wine prices are o.k. for a restaurant, even for the upscale bordeaux wines. The food is quite expensive but definitely of perfect quality.

Love the wine cellar and great service. Only the food was a little disappointing, but maybe I just picked the wrong dish.

Simple and classy restaurant with really good food and wide variety of wines from restaurant's cellar just bellow. Even if you don't want to score a bottle from their cellar, walking through it and appreciating the wine before your meal is definitely an attraction.

Menu itself seems to be changing quite bit with seasons and themes so not boring at all.

They also do wine tastings for different quality of wines as well if you find the day it is organized. It is not just any tasting but also tasting of wines that are above 100chf per bottle.

I recommended the restaurant for it's wine to my boss, (the food was always so-so, but the wine used to be decent). He went there for a business dinner and I am horrified at the way he was treated. Arrogant and rude service, very unfriendly and insulting. Unable to accommodate gluten intolerant guests but it does not stop there, they guests are insulted for being gluten intolerant - this was most likely the owner as he was speaking in first person with regard to the restaurant being his. Also very disrespectful towards other cultures (The English) and to top it off the food was bad and the wine overpriced.
Will not recommend this place to anyone ever again unless you want to pay exorbitant prices for insults, bad food and a horrible time

Amazing experience! We went there out of curiosity for a nice meal, and we were impressed from the minute we entred the place, till wr left. The quality of service and food exceeded our expectations! Not only was the food delicious (we had the tasting menu), but the sommelier service was the best we had in Zurich. We went down to the cellar with the Sommelier and chose a 1993 charmes-chambertain bottle. The wine paired perfectly with the main course. We would definitely go back there!

It’s always nice to come to Caduff’s and explore their amazing wine cellar. The food is usually well prepared. You should try to come when they have their special themed weeks. The tables are far from one another, making the atmosphere a bit too cold when the restaurant is not full.
