Family holiday in Switzerland and happened to chance upon this hidden gem in Alstetten.

Food is very delicious and reasonably priced! We ordered 3 pastas, risotto and a pizza (carbonara, con scampi, risotto zafferano and some beef pasta, and La Taverna for pizza). Nice dining atmosphere, small yet cozy.

Would also like to commend Isa for her very good service too.

Summary - good food, good service, good atmosphere, do visit if you’re in Zurich!

I came here with work colleagues as our last lunch before the holidays.
We reserved a table for 18, but ended up being more. They were accommodating and helped us seat the extra people.

The Romanian waitress was also very attentive, fast, and helpful. I don’t really like going to restaurants with big groups as everything always gets messed up or forgotten, but she was on point. Since we were a big group, we couldn’t get our food at the same time. I ended up getting mine at the very end ten minutes after everyone else, but then again, we were a big group.

The only thing that made me not want to give five stars was that the pizza crust was very crispy/flaky and falling apart when eating it. At the crust, it felt more like crackers than pizza. All in all, the experience was good and so was the staff. I would come here again.

one of Altstetten's best kept secrets. the food is absolutely delicious, staff are very friendly and accommodating and it is very reasonably priced.

The environment is pleasant, the structure inside, building, decoration, it was really nice. The service was very good and efficient. The place looks really nice inside, I loved the vibe. The food was for both of us a bit like.. disenchanting.. it wasn’t bad, but we might have been expecting more, maybe because the place looked elegant inside.. we had the feeling the food itself could have been nicer. The portions are modest. We ordered entry and main dish. But we went in the middle of the week and didn’t order pizzas, it might have been a better choice. In Resume the food was ok. The menu also is quite tradicional and ordinary.

Very very good restaurant in Zurich !! First of all the food is very tasty, they have a very varied menu so you can choose between Mediterranean delicacies up to dry aged beef. I opted for Tbone Stek and it was sensational! The service is top, and the atmosphere very pleasant..I will definitely return!

An extremely small and delightful restaurant. A gem in the middle of Altstetten......The food is freshly cooked and attractive to the eye. The background music is comfortable to the ear.A friendly atmosphere, good service personal. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
