I should first note that I normally have a very good experience at this pharmacy where I have been a regular and frequent customer for the past year. I was very recently met with an aggressiveness and rudeness of tone in my last visit to this pharmacy that I have never encountered before in any customer service situation: in response to my request to exchange a dry shampoo that I had not used and had only bought three days prior and which neither I nor the woman who sold it to me realized was specified for brunettes and not blondes, a male employee almost immediately raised his voice at me; walked away from me mid-sentence; and very rudely shoved the difference of the exchange into my hand before sarcastically wishing me a good day. I regret to say that I will no longer be patronizing this pharmacy, if only because I believe in the principle of good customer service.

They gave us a rotavirus vaccine but didn't tell us we should keep it in the fridge. The baby reacted badly as a result, but luckily no serious problem. I'm sure that information was on the box somewhere but we didn't think to read it, because the vaccine is administered by a doctor, we just brought it there a week after picking it up from the pharmacy. They should have given us this very basic and extremely important information when it was purchased.

Leider muss ich der Apotheke neben der Seilbahn Rigiblick eine schlechte Bewertung geben. Ich bin vergangene Woche spontan vorbeigegangen, um mich bezüglich einer Beschwerde zu informieren, die mich seit einigen Tagen plagte. Ich habe der Apothekerin sachlich von meinen Symptomen erzählt und ganz unverbindlich nachgefragt, ob sie eine Idee hätte, woher meine Beschwerden kommen und ob sie mir ein Medikament o.Ä. empfehlen könnte. Leider wurde mir aber zuerst nur sehr unaufmerksam zugehört. Danach fühlte ich mich durch ihre skeptischen Kommentare nicht ernst genommen ("Diese Schmerzen können nicht stark sein". etc.) Als sie mir nicht helfen konnte, rief sie eine Kollegin zur Hilfe und teilte dieser direkt vor mir mit, meine Schilderungen würden "mega unglaubwürdig" klingen. Ich konnte überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, weshalb ich so eingeschätzt wurde, zumal die Dame mich nicht kannte und für mich offensichtlich kein Grund dafür bestand, irgendetwas zu erfinden. Ich verliess die Apotheke aufgrund dieser Bemerkung sehr niedergeschlagen und mit einem schlechten Gefühl. Wenn man nicht weiterhelfen kann, sollte man dies m.E. freundlich und normal kommunizieren können.

Schade, wenn Treue und Loyalität der Kunden nicht gewürdigt werden. Ich habe den Chefapotheker in einer Notsituation als äusserst unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit erfahren. In einer Situation, die von seiner Seite minimalste Flexibilität erfordert hätte, hat er total versagt. Ich habe keinerlei Vertrauen mehr in die Rigi Apotheke.

Nette Beratung, auch am Telefon, wenn Nötig wird Produkt reserviert. Innen modern, trotzdem warme Ambiance. Freundliches Personal.
