I have been living in one of the Regimo Apartments for close to a year now, and I must say that it is reasonably priced considering the place and location. Finding a good place in Zurich with a trustworthy property management can be challenging, but I haven't encountered any issues with Regimo so far. Their service is exceptional - fast and helpful. The dedicated app allows me to receive quick responses to all my questions and requests.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Costa and Ms. Bollhalder, and my experience with them has always been positive. They are motivated, professional, and extremely friendly.

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Regimo. I highly recommend their apartments to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to live in Zurich.

The apartments they have in Winkel seem reasonably priced, well kept and in a nice area.
I still do not think it's fair that they put cabinets on all 40 other garage places (out of 41 total) and did not manage to find a place to put one for me.
The new housewart is really good. No complaints.
Overall I have a good experience for now with Ms. Klingler managing the apartment and their mobile app.
I think Regimo is good but could be great with a little extra effort.

Update 2023: Regimo disappeared since a month ago. My requests are still ignored after a month.

We rented an apartment from Regimo in June 2022 and I have to say these 5 stars go directly to Frau Salma who works in Regimo. Yes, we were a little taken back when we realised that after moving in there were things to fix, like the Refrigerator, water leak, missing sink stopper, blocked drains BUT and a huge BUT is that everything was taken care of by Frau Salma, very efficiently. Regimo just recently switched their maintenance company and I am happy they did because the last one was a little slow and unreliable, although Frau Salma was always chasing them and I am just happy Regimo noticed a change of company needed to happen and they did exactly that. Thank you Frau Salma, for your lighting fast responses and always taking care of everything as fast as you can, we really feel taken care of by you.

They waste our time and money with ugly, short, nametags and a digital doorbell which is more limited than an analogue one. Sent us bills we legally could show they had to pay themselves. Are extremely slow to reply, and have the most convolute unacceptable contract process.

Worst service of the 4 houses I've lived in Switzerland. It's hard to get someone to help on an emergency who speaks English or who's not on holidays in July. This is UNAACCEPTABLE.
We also had a number of bikes stolen in our apartment and all they say is "we cant do anything" (I can think of a couple of solutions, actually).
Maybe for a local it's good, but for an expat this is really bad service.

Incredible low quality service. There website doesn't work. The people are absolutely unhelpfull, slow and provide a lower than minimal service. Even worst than swiss post. If you have a problem, better deal with yourself, you will loose less time and money.

Waste of time, I called them several times to schedule a visit and I received no reply. Avoid!
