Didn't have old vintage parts that were needed to repair my old race bike, but very quickly responded to my request and even recommended two other (vintage) velo shops that might be able to help. Great client orientation!

Great service, excellent communication! I got my titanium bike frame set through RadDNA, they managed the interaction with the UK provider, the importation and the preparation of the frame, and provided sound advice and technical guidance at every step of the process, and even after sale. Love my titanium bike! Thank you!

Had issues with my shifting on a bike I put together.

Wrote to them, got a time extremely quickly! I still had some minor chain rubbing after the first service so they fixed the issue in 10 minutes on a second time. While explaining the reasons and limitations to my setup.

Agree 100% with the other reviews that they are indeed very professional!

Excellent service and value for money. I am so glad to have found a place where I can still bring my „traditional“ bicycle without receiving an ungrateful look and being placed at the end of the queue. Hans and the entire team are responsive, friendly and fast. Merci vielmals!!!

Great bike repair service! I went to them with an eMTB for some noises around the brakes and rear wheel hub.
They fixed the issues fast and in a reliable way.
Very professional, easy to communicate and good value for money.
I would highly recommend them and will go again if needed.

Amazing service and very competent guys! The bike felt really different after their service. I did not know a bike should feel that bad when riding it. ;) Great attention to details. 5 starts for sure.

One of the best bike shops in Zurich. Very nice and helpful owners. They took a lot of time & patience to really understand my needs and helped me find the bike that perfectly suits me. Even after I bought the bike they continued to provide me with helpful advices & services.

The best bike shop I've ever been here in Zurich. Super friendly and take care my stuffs very nicely. Shop itself is really well organized and clean so that very easy to find what I want. I've been there to fix my wheel but if I need to buy or fix my bike in the future, I will definitely visit here.
