Overpriced services, poor quality. A dent in a door ended up costing 4000+ CHF and took a week to repair. The interior door handle is almost falling off and most black parts and windows have been oversprayed

Perfect service! I had my car stuck in a parking garage without breaks. Although no one spoke English (only German and Italian), we were able to communicate about the issue and they promptly drove with me to the parking garage and helped me taking the car back to their garage. Then, they fixed the car in a couple of hours and I was able to continue with my trip. Infinitely grateful!
