Outstanding customer experience.

First, when you enter the store, you can receive kind and knowledgeable service from the sellers. Some of them are musicians and are honest in their advice and assessment. They take their time to find a product that fulfills your expectations or indicate upfront when there isn't any.

Second, whenever I have had to claim warranty for a product, they have gone out of their way to ensure that I have the best experience. Once, the speaker for a Blackstar Fly 3 mini-amp broke, during a time when I was not using the speaker (I was plugging my digital audio interface directly to the amp), and although the warranty period had expired, they exchanged the Amp for a new one, with batteries! This was a moment in which I realized that the quality of their service goes beyond just selling products.

Third, they are willing to help you be a satisfied customer. When I bought an electric guitar there and I called to ask some questions about fret buzz, they asked me to bring it and performed re-stringing, adjustment, and intonation for free. When I received a folk instrument from my home country, which had wood problems, they were happy to look at it and provided some advice on its possibilities.

Overall, I think this store is awesome and would recommend it to any music player.

If there is one thing I could improve, though, it is that they don't have a portfolio of guitars as diverse as other stores (e.g. they don't sell Ibanez, they dont have many 7-8 string guitars).

- if you need help or advice, the salespeople will do their best to help and assist you

Great place for guitar, keys, drums, studio, pa etc. Wide range and friendly knowledgeable staff. My favourite music shop in Zurich.
