Briefly rented out a place from Projekt Interim. We were away for a few weeks and the person managing the property for Projekt Interim opened letters and post belonging to my husband that contained personal and confidential financial and health information. He admitted to this in a text message to me when I confronted him and gave a feeble excuse but when I asked for an apology he refused to apologize and then tried to backtrack and denied it. They also don't employ people to be full-time in the Bern office so it can be impossible to reach someone and if there is an emergency nobody will come out from Zurich to help. I sadly cannot recommend this company and wish to warn others that the sometimes 'cheaper' cost does actually come with a price. I'd rather pay a higher base price and deal with professionals.

Wir haben ~8 Monate in einem ihrere Objekte gewohnt und fast ausschliesslich schlechte erfahrungen gemacht. Man wurde ignoriert, die Antworten, die man dann mal erhielt, waren meistens nutzlos und vieles wurde über unseren Köpfen entschieden. Zahlungen wie auch Hausbesuche und sonstige Unannehmlichkeiten wurden oftmals kurzfristig kommuniziert (wenn überhaupt). Man hatte das Gefühl, dass unsere Unerfahrenheit (alles junge erwachsene) in einer sehr überheblichen Art und Weise ausgenutzt wurde, da wir es ja sowieso nicht besser wussten.
Sehr Schade, da wir eigentlich sehr anspruchslos und kompromissbereit gewesen wären. Gutes Prinzip der Wohnungsnutzung, sehr schlechte Umsetzung von den Mitarbeitern.

Nettes Team, auch wenn man nicht immer sein Wunschbüro bekommt, ist der Kundenkontakt sehr professionell und man erhält stets eine Antwort, was ich sehr schätze!
