Off the beaten track selection of wines, great sparkling wines from South Africa at a great price. Thomas is always willing to help you find the correct wine, great customer service! Dog friendly shop, plus they sell frozen New Zealand pies made in Laax, amazing!

Amazing selection of wines! Great customer support! Sabine, Thomas and Gerald are always there to advice. What i highly appreciate about them is never ever have they tried to up-sale more expensive wines, always made me feel great with the wines on my budget! Strongly recommended!

After waiting for over a month for my order to be delivered, I emailed the company to find out what was going on.
Was then told they don't deliver to the UK even though that was the address that was accepted on my order AND their website says "Deliveries abroad - Wine shipments to almost all EU countries are possible."
Their advice was to come pick it from Zurich!!
And then told "don’t use our Online Shop if you don’t understand German"!!
So rude.
Will NEVER use this company again and would NEVER recommend it to my many wine drinking friends.

Als langer Kunde leider diesmal sehr enttäuscht! Paket kam nie an, Firma reagiert nicht auf Rückfrage!

Ich kaufe schon seit längerem regelmässig bei Premium Trade ein, da eine der Spezialitäten Süd Afrikanischer Schaumwein (MCC) ist.
Diesmal wollte ich meinem Nachbarn ein nachträgliches Weihnachtsgeschenk zukommen lassen. Zu allererst wurde dann erstmal prompt die Liefer- und die Rechnungsadresse verwechselt, so dass das Paket an mich versandt wurde anstatt an meinen Nachbarn. Aber...das Paket kam nie an! Laut Post wurde das Paket zugestellt, aber weder ich noch mein Nachbar haben das Paket erhalten.
Daraufhin habe ich mich an Premium Trade gewandt und um Hilfe gebeten - seitdem Warte ich vergeblich auf Antwort.
Fazit: Kein Geschenk für den Nachbarn, 50 CHF fort. NIE WIEDER!
