I am currently working with them since January 2023 and I wanted to express my gratitude for the guidance and help they have provided to me. Enhancing our curriculums by understanding way much better how to reflect our multiple skills, and work experience properly plus also helping us to understand how the Labor Market behaves.

It is a huge challenge finding a Job here in Zurich and definitely in all the sessions I am attending I am learning something new, for me to build new strategies.

The platform got me a very good job in Switzerland , I am very grateful for their support, specially from Frau Paz. They really used all the means available to them to make appropriate connections and prepare the participants .

The NFJ is a job search support organization. They helped me a lot to adapt CV to modern requests, helped me to improve the German language. Various Workshops, interview-training with HR-people from large companies, various Assessments, German courses and Networking for Jobs were very useful.

I was looking for a Job in Switzerland and thought it would be a good idea, to build up a Network, but it took month, to get me in touch with a mentor. They were focusing very much on my CV (for about 3 month, time and money, that i could have spend on looking for a job). And when you finally get a Job, (even if you find it yourself, without any help of this company) you will get a hefty bill of 10% of you annual salary or at least 2000.-CHF.

Before subscribing, you should read the article of K-Tipp a Swiss consumer magazine.

I thought I had what it takes to be competitive in the Swiss job market. But I was wrong. Networking for Jobs program gave what I and other jobseekers could not have easily since I'm not from Switzerland - social capital. Their activities (at least when I was there) were designed around networking, self-marketing and communications, from theory to concrete practice. I implemented what I learned from them and at the end I landed my dream job.

Don't waste your time and money. So unprofessional, never pick up the phone or answer emails on time, never have time for your enquiries and is full of empty promises. You can get a fancy new CV, but 90% of all the work is done by yourself. No clear guidance, just a bunch of pdf to follow. Not worth it.
