Still receiving Spam SMS for an app!!!!!!
After month and month. I do not live anymore in Zurich. Very strange how these restaurant are taking confidientality and data protection!!!!
Any further sms with an ad for an app, will end with a legal case for them. My attorney is already informed

1. LATE. Ordered at 7,30 pm, arrived at 9,15. (one hour later than scheduled)
2. TASTELESS. I mean, if I had ordered bread it would have been fine, but what I would like to expect from a pizza is a bit of taste.
3. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you expect a pizza to be delivered way later, I would expect at least a phone call informing about that.

Pizza was ordered but has not been delivered. As I've asked for the reasons, one confirmed that the order was actually received, but the guy on the phone line didn't know exactly why the order was not delivered... He simply said something like "keini ahnig". Thereafter the order was rejected and cancelled.

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Mein essen war immer warm was ich bestellte und geschmacklich war sie auch gut. Ich dachte weil sie solange geöffnet sind kann das essen nicht gut sein, aber sie haben mich bis jetzt noch nie enttäuscht.

Ich habe einen Tomaten-Mozarella Salat bestellt, sehr schade war nicht einmal 1 Ganze Tomate drin und sehr wenig Mozzarella. Hätte für diesen Preis mehr erwartet.
