The automated door opening system is incredibly buggy. It wastes a lot of my time and sometimes causes me to even miss a workout. Their IT department is not doing a good job at all.

Unfortunately their entry system does not work. A few times after uploading the covid certificate I was locked outside of the gym for periods sometimes of 20 minutes and longer wasting precious time that I could have used for training instead. Today which is a Saturday I got denied entry after having uploaded a certificate 2 days prior on a Thursday and I had to hear the phone representative that on the weekend they do not check certificates?!?! The certificate was uploaded, I have a confirmation email, it is their system that is glitched.
I think you are better off looking for a gym with actual full time staff on site.
It's a shame since I have prepaid my one year membership in full already. There are few other gyms in the area, make sure you check them out before subscribing to this one.

You get what you pay for. Pretty small, not too many machines (though you will find enough stuff nevertheless), maintenance is not regular. At peak times (workdays 6-8am, 6-9pm) it is completely stuffed. The staff is kind of okay, although they lose some of their politeness after payment. The entry system is a hit-or-miss. Very cool, though it does not work about 15% of the tries. Never had such problems with card. One thing is quite worrying though: I don't believe this place has ever passed any fire safety inspections. There are 3 doors - 2 are blocked by 100kg+ machines, and the remaining allows one person to go through at a time.
Good as a first gym, I guess (and very good if you work non-office-hours). Will try another place once my membership is up.

I have been member of this club for about 2 years until I changed because of moving to another city. The gym is new and so are all the training machines, which is very positive. Another positive thing is the 24h opening times. In the evening it get busy of course as it gets in every gym which is not going to close the business in the next three months. However, I rarely had to wait... machines get free very quickly. Overall the gym is clean, when it gets crowded in the evening, I personally find the men changing room not so clean anymore, but still okay. In this gym there is also a "Lady's gym", a small room in the main hall where only women can enter and train. I honestly don't agree with this concept, since everyone pays the same price, training spaces should be available to everyone regardless of their gender. However in the shared area there's anyway a good choice of training machines both for cardio and for strength.

I'd bought a membership online and came to finish the registration process several days ago. As a part of the onsite registration process, I showed my COVID certificate.
Today, my entry code didn't work and I was denied access to the gym. When talking with their helpline representative (a plus for having helpline working 24/7), I was informed that according to their system, my certificate expired on the date it was actually issued (apparently, the staff member registering the certificate entered the issue date instead of the expiration date).
The helpline representative asked me to come again during staffed hours or upload the certificate online and wait for verification. I asked whether they are willing to take any actions to prevent such mistakes from happening in the future, but the response was negative.

Overall, mistakes happen, nothing to get excited about, but it's disappointing to see such unwillingness to prevent them from reoccurring.

The only negative points i see:
- overcrowded on workdays between 18 and 20
- unbalanced use of space: some machines are rarely in use (circle) or pretty useless and occupy lots of space (abductors). i'd prefer to have another squat rack or a lat machine
- small weights for machines were stolen/lost and not replaced, one has to use 1-2 kg disks which is against safety rules, but otherwise the minimal possible weight increase is 5-7 kg.

For the money you give it's a great place and also good for women who want to workout in the only women area

The gym is not the biggest but is clean and has most of the machines and weights (dumbbells go up to 45 kg )
Can get quite crowded at times.
