The worst human experience possible; no respect for the human being, Nielsen cares only about the money he makes and treats customers absolutely deplorably.

Worldwide living – on 4 continents - exposed me to experiences with opticians, from bad to good, most being ok.
In Zürich a well reputed optician chain appeared good until my eyes gave me regular problems and new glasses were recommended on each consultation. When this happened twice in one year I sought another opinion: Nielsen Optics.
Mr. Daniel Nielsen’s conclusion: nothing wrong with the glasses, I should see an eye doctor. The eye doctor confirmed this and prescribed eye drops. Problem solved.
Since then I have returned to Nielsen Optics and found Mr. Daniel Nielsen to be the most thorough and best optician – by far – of any I have been to anywhere in the world.

Mein Leben auf 4 verschiedenen Kontinenten hat mir viel Erfahrung mit Optikern gebracht, von schlecht bis gut, meistens ok.
Eine bekannte Optikerkette in Zürich schien gut, bis wiederkehrende Probleme auftraten und mir jeweils neue Brillen empfohlen wurden. Nachdem dies zweimal in einem Jahr geschehen was, suchte ich eine zweite Meinung von Nielsen’s Optics. Herr Daniel Nielsens Befund: korrekte Brillengläser; ich sollte einen Augenarzt aufsuchen. Der Augenarzt bestätigte diesen Befund und verschrieb Augentropfen. Problem gelöst.
Seither gehe ich zu Nielsen Optics. Ich finde Herrn Daniel Nielsen den – bei weitem - gründlichsten und besten Optiker, den ich weltweit je konsultiert habe.
