Reading the recent reviews, the following seems to be the new norm: waited 2 hours and needed to chase between: arrived “warm-ish”, as if it was waiting around for some time before being picked up by a driver. Sent an email, received a follow up 2 weeks later, with a chf10 “apology” voucher for what was a chf75 burger meal order. Needless to say, this voucher won’t be used.

Mosinis hands down the best food delivery service in Switzerland. Deliveries come on time, friendly service from drivers and their customer service is unparalleled in the field in this country. (I’m specifically talking in contrast to another company that rhymes with Luber Meats). Great offers, deals and incentives. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We ordered food at 18:45. By 21:15 no sign of the food, so my husband called the help line. Woman that answered was nice but not helpful at all, didn't even apologize and only after my husband asked for some sort of compensation for leaving us waiting for so long (at this point, the food isn't here yet) she says she can't do anything but give us a 10 chf gift card (the delivery alone was 15.90 chf). He reluctantly accepts and hangs up. This isn't the first time this happens with Mosis but surely will be the last, at least for us, as we have had enough and will not be using their service ever again. If ordering food, do yourself a favor and try eat.ch, ubereats, honestly any other service than Mosis. Not worth the money or hassle. BTW, as I'm posting this, food is NOT here yet.

We order regularly through mosi. It works flawlessly and they are usually on time. Great service. The website could be improved with a bit more state-of-the-art webshop. However, it's working as it should, so it's still quite good of course.

I wanted to gift some vouchers but couldn't wait for them to be sent by post. Elizabeth went out of her way to make it happen and personally created a very pretty digital gift card for me to forward. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. Excellent customer service even on the weekend! Super happy, thank you!

Complete joke... made an order.. waited paciently.

30 minutes after they call and they the restaurant is closed!

Back to uber eats and just eat!

They are always late
Today I had to wait for 3 hours for my food and when I called all they said was we're sorry
I said I want to cancel my order and my money back for which I got a 10 bug voucher which doesn't even cover the delivery cost
I will definitely never order again from this place

EDIT: following up on my original post - mosi reached out to me offering CHF30 voucher as a compensation, claiming my e-mails never reached them (even though I was sending them to the e-mail address provided on their contact page).
I gladly accept the compensation and therefore changing my rating.
Thank you.

I've ordered some food through mosi and paid for a delivery CHF 15.90.
The food was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes but it was delivered in 80 minutes.
I complained to mosi about the huge delay and the fact that I paid so much for the delivery fee.
They do not respond!
I keep chasing them and they just ignore my e-mails.
Unbelievable...
