Worst coffee I had in years! Do not drink cappuccino there. Food is good but often overpriced and with manual price labels be cautious what price they let you pay at the end. Also some of the staff is very unfriendly and should not work in any service job.

Super friendly service, you can also call to have your things prepared for when you come by. The quality is definitely top, I can only recommend!
Also good parking possibilities nearby so picking up your orders shouldn't be a problem.
Prices are average for Zurich standards.

stubborn and irritating attitudes from this place and bad customer service - as per previous customer comments. Rudely refused to heat up a sandwich I asked for due to the fact that it was apparently not one of the sandwiches "designated for heating". Sorry but this is just bizarre. Does not too much to contradict outside perceptions of Swiss blindly following arbitrary 'rules'. Also outrageously overpriced.
