Deceived by this laboratory, and here I mean their organisation. For 2 simple blood analysises, for me and my wife, I have been promised a result in 1h30 min. The one for my wife was delivered but not mine. How on earth they could be so unrealiable, in a day with no stress, we were the only customers. What should happen if there is a crisis? Could this organisation deliver? My opinion is they will not!

test have shown wrong results. Because of the results went into surgery, nothing was found. Almost started chemio treatment based on wrong test. Did a test at the uni, the results were spotless and there was nothing wrong.

This is not only unacceptable. This is criminal, the facility should be shut down and responsible prosecuted.

I like that they also have annonimous testing. Also they have doctors in house you can talk about things when you dont know exactly what you want to order. Im investigating things on my own nd very nice lady specialized in genetics talked to me. I also asked for a list of all tests and they gave me all their papers with the tests listed.It normally takes 3-4 days and they send the result per email.

They got my blood type wrong. I know because I have check it multiple times in other places as well.
Also TSH ( I know it can vary from one lab to another)But here it was 13 and in other 2 places was 6 and 4. The blood test were taken during 2 days with no medication taken.

Sehr freundlich und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Waren ohne Termin da und mussten nicht lange warten, Laborwerte in wenigen Stunden erhalten. Die Blutabnahme war auch sehr gut gestochen und freundliches Personal. Kann ich zu 100% Weiterempfehlen!

Hat nicht direkt mit den Services von Medica zu tun, aber heute habe ich ein Medica Auto (ZH 203 063) auf der Autobahn um 11:41 Uhr gesehen, wo der Fahrer im Auto GERAUCHT hat. Man kann nur hoffen, dass er nicht beruflich unterwegs war...

Sono stata di recente all’ ambulatorio Drop-in per un prelievo. La signora alla reception, con un intonazione di falsa cortesia non faceva altro che spingere le persone per fare il necessario velocemente e al contempo osservare le misure anti COVID : non si prendeva neanche un minuto per dare le spiegazioni alle mie legittime domande del tipo, quando e come riceverò il risultato? Potrei pagare subito qui ? Appariva infastidita e impaziente, mi rispondeva a malapena e non vedeva L ora che io andassi via per accomodare altra gente. No, così non si fa.
