I lived for almost 7 years under their hospitality and I must say that I am more than happy with the company and their assistance. When it was need they always took care the fastest possible. Really friendly, kind and personalized assistance. Mrs Hochstrasser is a very kind landlord that really cares about her tenants.

We rented an apartment with Living Raum for almost two years and I cannot recommend Marianne enough as a landlady. Responsive, efficient and pleasant to communicate with, and very willing to help out with any issues we encountered. Prospective renters should count themselves lucky with her as their landlady!

An absolutely great experience. I had quite a difficult case but thanks to Marianne's support everything was solved very well. Very friendly and professional team which hears the needs of a client and finds the way to solve the problems, even when they are out of standard.

I was living for 2 years in one of Living Raum’s in Zurich. As an expat who doesn’t speak German I must admit that the assistance especially from Marianne’s side was exceptional. Every single problem she was solving off hand, calling specialists to fix some items etc. all people at Living Raum were always kind to me. I truly recommend this Agency.

Fabulous Team,, Diligent and just one call away.
I have been living for more than a year , never faced any major issues. For the minor ones they resolve the issue within an hour!
Staff is polite & humble.

I've recently had to search for a new rented apartment (changing locations). Having lived in Zurich for the past 5 years I'm aware of the difficulties of relocating and I was expecting a long arduous journey. Fortunately I was lucky enough to have my first visit at an apartment managed by Living Raum. Their service was fast and I've received the paperwork with the day. All the email communication went fast and clear. The process of signing the contract and doing the handoff happened quickly. I recommend their services for professionalism and speed.
