My wife and I have been in Switzerland for a week and leave tomorrow. We looked at many, many watches in Interlaken, Zermatt, Basel, Bern, and Zurich. We stopped in and met Agnes. We ended up getting my grail watch, the Omega Seamaster 300 in black. My wife ended getting a ladies Seamaster as well. Agnes gave us a great deal and truly made it an exceptionally special experience!!! Thank you so much, we will forever remember this!!!

I brought my watch and when I picked it up, I left with so much more knowledge on top. It feels great to learn from a watchmaker who is passionate about his craft and familiar not only with modern watches but also vintage ones. I can recommend Mr. Vollenweider 100%.

What an absolutely fantastic experience I had at this store! The service was excellent and the expertise of the two salespeople who helped us was second to none. I greatly appreciate the time and patience we were shown while making our watch selections. We will definitely be back!

I would like to thank you very much for the great advice at Les Ambassadeurs in Zurich. The salesperson (Corinne) is very responsive to my needs and did not want to push any products on me.

Furthermore, she took a lot of time for me - that's how the advisory service should be - great.

I went to Les Ambassadeurs last week to have a look at some watches. Nicolas was the person showing me all the watches I wanted to see. We had a very nice chat, his knowledge is very impressive and he was very kind. Next time I go there, I hope he will be there again!! In most watch shops the salespersons sadly have very limited knowledge and can be a bit rude, but he was the complete opposite! All in all an amazing experience and a lovely visit. Thank you so much Nicolas!!

I would like to share with the readers the wonderful experience I have had for years and years at Les Ambassadeurs Zurich.
I have been buying there whenever I visited Zurich and every time I added a remembrance from this elegant, diversful and pleasant shop.
In 2019 I came to know Corinna Schneider, a true professional sales lady, who wisely and gracefully helped me to choose the right watch, and I was so impressed with her, that I pfreferred to buy the watch from Les Ambassadeurs, rather than from the maker's very posh shop.
This year I needed a very rare part for a different watch, which was not bought there. I got in touch with Corinna and within days, the part was waiting for me. When I finally came to Zurich, she saw to it, that the repair was done on the spot. The price of the part was quite fair.
I have nothing but compliments for this long time impressive buisness and I wish them many more years. I want to express my appreciation of their employee's understanding about true customer service, just like Swizerland always stood for.
