Rude, dismissive staff, that speaks English. Dress very nicely if you want to be taken seriously, and be prepared to be ripped off if you are buying used.

I had an old pair of Leitz 8x20 binoculars that were out of collimation. I took them in for advice, and the woman working there was really nice and helpful. She took down my info for a work order, I gave her the binoculars, and they were on their next shipment out to Germany to be repaired. In just under 3 weeks, I got a call letting me know that my item was ready to be picked up in the store. The factory did a complete overhaul, and now my binoculars are tack sharp and good as new.

Bought a more cheap camera here. The service was still very good. They configured everything for me so i could start directly. The prices are like every leica store.
