Hotel staff were excellent and did their very best for our group. Their command of English was very good as well which made us lazy so we didn't use our German very much. The room was very comfortable and the WiFi good but a bit slow. The evening menu in the restaurant was a bit limited and relatively expensive so I would not use that again.

Nice, friendly staff, ok rooms, good location with the tram station just outside the hotel. The breakfast is rich and tasty, and the restaurant is one of the best in Zürich. Do not hesitate to sit for dinner!

Clean, comfortable enough for the price, electric mounted air con unit was great for a fan, window that opened wide, and electric kettle. Front desk women who checked me in was exceptionally nice.

Room was an economy room. I was to say the bed was a full bed, which was fine for someone my size (5’9” or 174 cm) but I could see this easily being too snug for some. Similarly, the shower was quite small with little room to even rotate. Anyone bigger than 200 lbs (90 kg) might have issues.

Overall, at $120/night it was a clean and affordable 1 night option for my Zurich layover.

Friendly staff and decent location, but beds are terribly firm and rooms are not very noise isolating. Cleaning staff proceeded to walk into the room after a brief knock at 9am while I was getting dressed, they obviously have some sort of feature I wasn’t aware of since the signs on the door were missing. Downtown Zurich is easy to reach within 10-14 minutes by tram.

Very good hotel, strategically located nearby public transport and close to the city centre. It is also located in a charming part of the city, with a supermarket at short walking distance and cafes nearby. Clean, bright, spacious rooms and a good price-quality ratio for Zurich. As it is a 4* hotel, it would have been nice to have some extra pillows and a complimentary pair of slippers - maybe next time! Overall, recommended.

Staff very attentive with lots of personal attention. Room was clean and comfortable. Room service was at my door almost as soon as I finished my conversation! Chris Han Bitschnau behind the desk was enjoyable and knowledgeable and answered every question! Highly recommend this hotel.

My standard room was really tiny and depressing. The bed was not comfortable, there was one thin towel, a tiny shower and the whole thing was very dark and cold (even with the radiator on full blast in October). I booked directly with the hotel but my "special rate" didn't come with breakfast even though it's pretty much the norm in Zurich. The hotel has an okay location but you can do really better. And if you want a real 4 star hotel you better go somewhere else.
