Staffs were so friendly ???? I was worried with my poor German but they explained everything in English. I was surprised by this 'no fear' policy, which the animals feel comfortable coming to the hospital. (My cat was so calm for her first visit, left very good expression about hospital????????) I could also give them updates for healing process via email and I got great advices for reply. Highly recommend if you need assistance for your animal friends????????????

Nice staff, the vet seemed very qualified and explained why he wanted to do certain procedures. And when one of my two kittens had a fever, he didn’t just vaccinate her. Rather wants to wait for her fever to go down before he does anything too risky.

My dog was handled with patience and a lot of care by Frau Pizio, the new vet. The practice is clean, well organised and has parking.

Moved away from the neighbourhood and still travel here for all our vet appointments because we trust them implicitly. The vets are so warm and really care about our dogs.
