Dr.Baumgartner has been a great vet to us during our time with her. When it became clear our dog was very sick with cancer the doctor was helpful and compassionate in guiding us through his last stages, down to his final appointment. Our dog was a big part of our family so this journey was really difficult but Dr.Baumgartner made it easier and her staff was helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

Friendly staff that speaks German and English. Warm, cozy office space. Everyone is very good and patient with my two dogs, especially the one that is shy.

My puppy and I have visited Dr. Baumgartner twice now and both times we have had a great experience. She takes time to answer questions and makes sure you fully understand the "why" to what needs to be done for your pet. I trust her so much with taking care of my furbaby!

My personal vet, is how they make you feel when you come in. Great with dogs and to be honest great with people as well.

I went to see Dr.Frei as he was considered a well to do doctor and takes time etc to consult the problems which animals have ! My dog has bad athritis in her leg and she was on a medication from another Vet. These are pain killers which enabled her to endure the pain. HE TOLD ME TO STOP THAT MEDICATION AND GAVE ME RIMADYL - which is an anti-inflammatory entzundungshemmer but this does not help against the pain. I thought I could trust this guy but had to find out that he sold me a medication that costs 210 Chf and this does not help at all ! Just a money making thing ! I do not recommend him at all !
NOT PROFESSIONAL - Not reliable definately not recommendable

Dr. Cindy Baumgartner is just amazing. Treats our pet so carefully and professionally. Blood results come in quick and are being explained just on time.
