High-quality advice by excellent and well informed staff. It is a small store, but it has a large samples of devices, you can test on on-site. It's focuses essentially on headphones and Bluetooth speakers, and they know their products very well.

The only earphone experts I know in Zurich. And I found the most exotic foam tips for my earphones there. They let you test the products before you buy it. The Staff really knows what they are selling and feel really helpful.

Very friendly service :) only downside is that the employees are not wearing masks in a space that is pretty small, but at least they limit the amount of people who can come in.
