They're very slow to send you lab results when you need to change doctor. Almost impossible to get them on the phone and they don't answer emails rapidly. When they do answer email, they promise to send the results in a week, which they don't do.

They're very quick to take your money, but when it comes to sending you lab or test results it takes a very long time. Even if you call multiple times, it doesn't matter.

Attention: entrance is close to tram station. Maps showed it on the opposite side of the building.

This is a thank you for providing Covid-19 boosters after 5 and not 6 months.

I feel know more secure visiting vulnerable relatives over Christmas.

Dr. Boesch war super. Drückt keine unnötige Therapie an, wägt gut & ehrlich ab. Trotz diffusen Symptomen ernst genommen. :-)

Sehr oft große Verspätungen. Warten ist angesagt. Termin falsch eingetragen seitens Klinik. Telefone werden tagelang nicht abgenommen und sind dauernd besetzt. Auf E-Mail auf welche bereits geantwortet wurde, ruft nochmals jemand an, obwohl bereits erledigt. Scheint administrative Überforderung zu herrschen. 6 Monate später kommt noch eine Rechnung. Jedoch ist Ärztin sehr freundlich und erklärt geduldig, gut und verständlich.
