Amazing location just opposite the train station.

Concierge area nice with bar and cafe area.

Concierge staff was less than friendly, more robotic and wooden than natural.Spoke in English so not sure if it was just a language thing.

Room 214-
Single room with views of the train station and tram stop.
Beautiful interior, nice bed, good mattress, has coffee machine and fridge.
Nice bathroom.
Good blackout curtains.
Some noise over night as next to train station and tram stop.

Amazing breakfast with cooked breakfast of various Eggs-had the omelette but could be more tasted with cooking the veg more. The fresh orange juice was very good. Could do with more fresh fruits other than the pineapples. Pastries such as croissant was also very good.

Good functional gym.
All in all a good stay.

Stayed for 2nights. The location is definitely best,just right opposite the Zurich HB, and easy access to almost everywhere.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is clean, I am so amazed by the reclining bed, bed and pillows is soft and comfortable. There are all kind of power sockets in room, which is so convenient to travelers ???????? Housekeeping done well. Breakfast is decent. Overall satisfied stay ????

We spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel in our first time in zurich from America, and it was superb! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the location was great. The rooms were very clean.

Five star all the way. The restaurant food is fabulous as well as the service. The rooms are perfect. If you have a need for anything, the staff is quick to respond and make things right. The hotel is within walking distance to many local restaurants, shopping and local interests. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great 4-star hotel with very professional/helpful staff. The rooms were very comfortable with a classical feel stepping right out of a 60's or 70's movie. When I say classical, it is not at all junky or run down, from the way the windows opened to the way the bathtub operated, very well maintained. I was not used to how low the bed was to the ground, but it added to the charm.

We had a great dining experience in room and in the cafe. The staff was very friendly and helpful at every transaction.

For an old hotel, they really did a great job updating and making this one beautiful. The rooms are pristine and the service is above board. The hotel itself is located in the heart of Zurich, overlooking the SBB Zurich HB station and Banhofstrasse, it really doesn't get any better, you're right next to so much food and shopping. My wife and I stayed for a special occasion and upon arrival, we were notified that we were upgraded 2 levels above the room we booked. Upon entering the room, bed was set up with rose petals, etc. The hotel has great AC, blackout curtains, and the whole room is smart. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, as was the in hotel bar, cafe and even the gym. Very clean. We had a wonderful stay and loved the location. Thank you!

Somewhat expensive (about $400 per night, breakfast included) but very much worth it. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. And it is right in the heart of Zurich - across from the central train station.
