- It was quite close to the city center, you could either take a short bus trip or walk 20-25 minutes there.
- Breakfast was great, there were so many delicious choices. They had good tea and beverage selection. Everything was delicious and of good quality.
- The staff was helpful and polite.
- The room was extremely clean and spacious.
- They evet let us use the patio of the restaurant below in the evening.

We were extremely pleased with our stay there, they delivered everything they promised, so we didn't have anything to complain about.

I had a great stay here for two nights. The hotel is located close to public transportation, a supermarket and restaurants. A great place to begin exploring Zürich. The breakfast was nice, the room was clean and spacious and the staff were all very helpful and kind. You get a great experience for what you pay. I would definitely stay here another time!

Good hotel, not so far from the Zurich Central Station, and in a nice neighborhood. Very accessible to trams and good area for walking too. Hotel building is old but the service and people were very nice.

This is a very nice European hotel, very clean. and well kept. The staff is attentive and nice (The manager is very helpful). The restaurant likes to feature typical Swiss cooking. We have stayed with them several times, over the last five years.

It's expensive, but that's Switzerland, I had a small but very clean single room. The bed is very comfortable, shower room is good, and breakfast is sufficient for a nice start of day. Staff is very helpful and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Location is great, close to many nice restaurants and cafes. Its a walk away from the centre and easy to reach by tram or bus. Very much enjoyed the stay.

Good price for the location. Within walking distance from minor train stations and the city center, and reachable by public transportation. The staff was a bit cold, but helpful. The breakfast selection is moderate, but everything tastes fresh every morning. The room was comfortable and clean, all equipment in mint state, the beds are comfortable. The hotel looks like it's been recently renovated.

I arrived with some skepticism, but now I'd stay here again.

It’s so expensive as a three star hotel! And it’s not even looks like a three star hotel!!! The room was not so clean but the location was good. Near the tram station and to the grocery store. The breakfast was not so rich. But the coffee was nice. And also the Staffs were so kind and helpful.
