Vert nice quaint hotel slightly inside the main street. Reception and restaurant people were very nice and helpful. Rooms are of good size and bathroom also well lighted. Missing things for me hot water kettle and basic toiletries. Otherwise best stay in place.

Didn’t have a good experience here. First room did not have AC (in the middle of summer so this was not good), moved to another room which also had the same issue. Third room finally had working AC. Staff weren’t very friendly and there was no free airport shuttle even though this is advertised as an ‘airport hotel’. Took about 20 minutes to get to the city by public transport. This would be fine as a layover hotel but I wouldn’t recommend this if you are planning to spend a few days sightseeing.

This was our first experience in a European type hotel. Due to several flight cancellations on our journey to Cairo from the USA, Swiss Air comped us a hotel room overnight. We were tired and weary after being in the airport for over 12 hours. The lobby area was well appointed with a bar, ample seating, and helpful staff.
The room was small compared to what we are accustomed to in America. There was a queen size bed with a mattress and cover that I wished I could take home with us. The bathroom was small also, but the shower was amazing. As opposed to American hotels, there is no refrigerator, phone, microwave, and the laundry is not self-service but they do offer laundry service. This was LIBERATING, honestly.
The system of using the room card for turning and keeping the lights on, as well as getting on and off the elevator was confusing but only because we weren't familiar with the process. Everything is really very simple.
I would definitely stay at the Ibis Hotel again. It was cleaner than any American hotel I think I've ever been in. Delicious croissant ???? and cappuccino, too.

We stayed there in May for 7 days. Room was very small. Well, it was not a problem but they didn't have kettle in the room, whereas it is listed on Make My Trip. When I called at the reception and asked for the kettle, they said they don't have kettle in any room then why they or Make My Trip mentioned it in the listing. We could have take our own kettle from home. Cheap shampoo in the bathroom. In fact they have three in one, hand wash, body wash and shampoo in one bottle which was not good at all and it has bad smell. Overall experience was not good. About 25 minutes away from the Zurich main station. Tram station and bus stop is 6-7 minutes away.

the hotel is close to the airport, and 10 minutes walk from the tram station to city center. the room is very small, and the shower/rest room much smaller. No body lotion, conditioner etc. only a multipurpose soap/shampoo/whatever... also - no minibar or coffee maker. breakfast is good!

A hotel name with airport in somehow implicitly alludes towards an airport shuttle or some similar service. This is not the case with this hotel. Admittedly it is easy to reach from the airport by public transport.
Room average with some kind of insect restes in the bathroom.
Breakfast quite poor.
Service ok.

Ibis standard. Clean rooms and spacious enough. Reasonable prices for Zurich and offers underground parking (25CHF a day).

Receptionists could be better prepared. Forgot to activate our key and explain how to use the key in the elevator.

The room is OK, clean and well designed. The breakfast (quantity and quality) should be improved.
