We only stayed one night to connect to another city. The front desk staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for us. The location is good- short walk from the main station and there’s a Coop market nearby. Room was clean and good sized. Toilet is a little awkwardly high but not a big deal. For a budget price, it’s a great deal!

The rooms are fine as per price. However there are no mobile charging ports. If you are traveling from outside Europe you need to purchase European style adapter from the hotel front desk for about 20 CHF. They say once we handover the adapters during check out money will be refunded. However we never got the refund despite following up with the hotel multiple times post our vacation. That seemed to be quite unprofessional from Accor group of Hotels.

A budget hotel near to the Hardbruke railway station. You could easily walk to the station. The hotel is decent with clean rooms and surrounding.. The staff is supportive as well. It cost us 100 pounds a day.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed abroad. Great staff, super cleanliness.
Rooms are big and comfortable.
Staff Nicole and Carlos were outstanding and ready to go extra miles to serve the customers. Great positive attitude and helping mentality. Feel like family members

Basic interior.
Small rooms- very cramped.
5 hanger.
Air conditioning would not cool room down so had to open window all night then shut at 6am due to noise .
No Tea and Coffee facility in room.
Wash basic valve was stuck.
One pillow per bed.
7 minute walk to Hardbrucke station.
Front desk was efficient.
Close to restaurants.

It is the usual that ibis has to offer for a budget. Small rooms with an interesting setup of sink, w/c and shower area. You are hardly able to walk around if you are 2 people with 2 luggage bags. Anyways, Zurich is a pretty expensive and if you have a budget constraint, this is one option. It is located right on the tram station and s bahn is not too far either, so it is well connected.

Rooms are very good. Lift is available. Service is also very good. Breakfast is available on payment. I stayed here 2 time in last 15 months. The only issue with this hotel is location, it takes time to reach at hotel from airport. Trams are available from airport to hotel but no direct route.

Location a bit far away from the train station but still acceptable. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is larger than I expected. Given it's a budget hotel it's ok
