The staff here are great, and the restaurant in the lobby is very good. I walked around many streets and decided the lobby was the best place. This was my first time in Europe from USA ???????? and I know it's safe here. There are not many bars close, but in 4 km and can be in busy area. This is a quiet and university area but very peaceful.

Great hotel in the heart of Zurich. Comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is right on the tram line with easy access to old town and other parts of the city.

A simple hotel but with a great location , good breakfast and free hot cofee , tea and orange juice available from 6h30 till 23h30 . The Hotel is very well connected via the tram line 3 that takes you to the center , the central train station and the central bus station were all the main tours depart
I have to make a mention to the most wonderful staff ! Thank you for all the patience!! You were wonderfull !! Multilingual staff and even some of my countryman and women !! I simply loved my stay !!

+City center and the lake are very close (20 min walk or few min by public transportation)
+ Bed and pillow are comfortable
+ Room is absolutely clean
+Fair prices
-Rooms are quite small
-Especially the desk space is very limited (could be different in other rooms)
-Very noisy ventilation in the bathroom
-Breakfast is average and could offer more options (e.g. soy milk and dairy free products)

Rooms are big enough for singles and it can still be good for couples. There is a table but not suitable to work on it, that is, the table is small.
The staff is nice in general.

Nice, clean, and quiet. Breakfast selection OK, but no bacon or sausages. Friendly staff. Hotel price much too high compared to other countries. Switzerland is nice, but you can get two vacations in Italy for the price of one in Switzerland.

Amazing Hotel and BEST BALUE in Zurich!! What I loved the most is the 15 CHF breakfast deal - you get freshly baked goods and croissant, cereal, espresso , coffee or Americana, cheeses , juices , etc and eggs! YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS DEAL ANYWHERE in Zurich for this much food and value - staff is amazing thanks to Maggi and the gentleman at the breakfast area. Good value - location is 20-30 min walk from Zurich HB suggest tram 3 and try to pack light !! 5/5 for best value , best price !

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with working ac. Great value. Small walk from train station (does include minor hill).
