The room was alright. It was very hot (though I know that’s more of a Switzerland issue than a this-hotel-thing), and it made it hard to sleep. However, it was quiet and a nice stay. Breakfast was an additional cost, so we did not try it. It was close to two popular bus stations that were easy to use to get around the city.

Front desk staff were amazing, cheerful and funny. Enjoyed the whole process and the welcome amenity was perfect for this stay. The room was great, no concerns with the food. Overall a great hotel and location. May seem a bit out of the core of the city but transit in Zurich is second to none and you can get downtown in no time. We will stay here again without a doubt.

The rooms were very nice and the beds really comfortable but the bathroom door was a bit transparent so there is not a lot of privacy there if you are alone.
One thing that i loved about this hotel though is that it is right next to the Hallenstadium.

Great staff. Helpful. Overall good stay, but not a great location (far and hard to catch an Uber). Food is a good walk away up hill. Things close early too. No on site restaurant except for breakfast. The front desk lady also wasn’t as nice as the guy.

We stayed one night before we travelled back to the UK.
Our room was spacious and the bath was superb (we'd been dying for a bath). Staff upgraded us upon arrival and were very helpful with restaurant and travel suggestions. It was perfect for us to grab a convenient tram into town ( minute walk) and restaurants (5 minutes walk).

This hotel is below average compared to many other Holiday Inn hotels. The beds were oddly made (see photo) with 2 twin duvets instead of 1 for a queen bed and they were “not allowed to cool down the rooms in summer lower than five degrees below the outside temperature”, which was not an issue in other hotels we stayed in. The room was hot and it made it very difficult to sleep if you’re used to below 78 degrees. The shower had no real door or curtain, which caused water to splash all over the floor no matter how hard you tried to stay close to the wall. There was also no true shower head, just a handheld. The location is not in a great part of town, though it is close to a few bus and tram stations, which are easy to use. Not many things to do around it or places to eat.

Very good hotel for its price range. The rooms are clean and tidy. Location is a bit far from the city center but the cable cars are 1 block away.

Special thanks to receptionist Lina who was warm, welcome and very helpful.

I'll likely pick this hotel again.

This hotel is opposite the Heloinstadium and it is peaceful. Breakfast is a bit limited so if you are staying a few days you might get bored . There are restaurants and cafes just a 5 minute walk from the hotel , but for some restaurants you need to make a booking.
The rooms and bathroom are a good size and can move around with luggage. All soaps and shampoo are provided in the bathroom.
If you are looking for some place quiet then would recommend this hotel as it is also close to restaurants and cafes so that you can experience some of the local life.
