Watch out: With those owners it seems not to be about doing the right thing, but judically being right - not people I would want to do business with.
Arrived on Sat from skiing holidays with kids after 12 where the garage would close, all customer parking spots free. Dared to put the car there to offload and have a quick pizza, less than 1h from arrival the Heussis had our car towed away and were not reachable over phone (sure, business closed). Had to go over police and all in all payed 600+ CHF and had a lot of hassle.
We are neighbours, even left our details including the appartement number very well visible.
The parking spot wasn't needed, so it was just being "right" and harming someone with no benefit to anyone. We could have parked around the corner on the official spot for free, our bad, but having our parking card on display it would also have been clear that we wouldn't be long - otherwise we would have moved the car by 50m.
Why would someone treat his neighbours that way if you don't even need the spot?
I can only assume bitter and sad people.

Sehr freundlich und absolut unkompliziert. Gute Beratung, sehr faire Preise. Bin mit beiden Autos Kunde. Hat meine volle Empfehlung.

Komme seit 2017 zur Garage Heussi. Damals war mein Auto quasi Neu. Nun hat es schon einige Kilometer auf dem Buckel, aber nach dem Service von Herrn Heussi und seinem Team, sieht es wieder aus wie Neu. Für das Auto ist es wie ein Tag im Spa.
Das Team ist sehr kompetent und freundlich, man wird über grössere Reparaturen vorab telefonisch informiert, Terminvereinbarung ist unkompliziert und flexibel. Für meinen Mazda 3 und mich gibt es nur diese Garage.

Ich habe kürzlich ein Demofahrzeug in der Garage Heussi gekauft und wurde von Damian und Martin Heussi sehr freundlich und äusserst kompetent beraten, auch nahm man sich viel Zeit. Über meine Erfahrung in Zusammenhang mit einer Reparatur nach einem Unfall kann ich ebenfalls nur das Beste berichten. Herzlichen Dank dem ganzen Team!
