Recently moved into our first condo (husband and I) and Jim and his team were very helpful. Not only did he help us move, but we were strapped for storage boxes and he provided as many as we needed. His team made sure all of our furniture was protected on the way to his truck, on the truck to our new apartment, and on the trip upstairs into our new apartment.
He was thoughtful and caring about the move and gave us great advice for our new place. Jim and his team assisted in assembling all of our furniture, in each and every room. Jim and his team were so quick and efficient, helped ease from the stress of our moving day. Overall, my husband and I both recommend Jim and his team.
Thank you for your great, quick, dependable, trustworthy services, Jim and the entire team!

The price will look great for the moving, the first contact will sound professional and the warning about possible broken items will also be a topic.
But if you decide to go with it thinking on the amazing business you just did and you have any damage on the process, be aware that it will be impossible to contact them back and you will have to assume the costs yourself.
Your possessions will not be treated as you wish them to be!

This company is just not professional at all.
They do not care about your goods on moving them.
They were able to leave marks of bad working methods all over, on both apartments floor/wall(the old apartment moving out and on the new moving in) and on TV, Piano, Bycicle...
They are not professional.
They do not assume their faults and they will not be reachable anymore after the "service".
They will just not answer back to any form of contact you may try.
And I really hope that their deep wishes with Karma bla bla bla on all negative review answers become true....i really do! Lets see then whose happy whose not.

Private Moving: Damages on valuable goods, scratches all over and no response in order to solve the issue! Very poor service!

Ich durfte schon zwei Mal mit Jimmy und seinem Team arbeiten und bin vollstens zufrieden. Kamen immer pünktlich, haben sauber und schnell gearbeitet und gestalteten den Umzug perfekt, sodass dies schnell erledigt war.

Immer wieder gern. Weiter so! :)

Jimmy und sein Team haben ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet. Die gemieteten Umzugskarton waren neu und in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt wurden.
Aufgrund eines knappen Zeitfensters war es wichtig, dass das Team pünktlich erscheint und schnell arbeitet. Das hat geklappt, am Umzugstag war alles perfekt: pünktlich, schnell und professionel in allen Bereichen. Die effektive Zeit war sogar geringer als im originalen Angebot.
Vielen Dank nochmal an das gesamte Team, es war ein sehr guter Umzug bei dem alles geklappt hat, gerne wieder!

Jimmy und sein Team sind sehr professionell, freundlich, kompetent und effizient. Ein toller Service, der Umzug und ihre Dienstleistung sind stets zuverlässig mit hervorragendem Engagement. Demontage, Montage und Transport sorgfältig und zuverlässig erledigt. Das Hermes Unternehmen ist empfehlenswert.
