ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Helsana always with no exception has made it as difficult as possible to get any reimbursement for medical expenses, it's always a battle of phone calls, emails, paperwork... but now they even are refusing to pay for my expenses during pregnancy!! I've never thought a company could have such low moral values. The service is absolutely terrible, and I am sorry to say that the employees do not help either. Therefore, I can only recommend you to stay away from them, choose a different insurance company (that's what I'm doing).

I'm also seeing that google is full of fake good reviews (all with the exact same words), please go and check trustpilot to see some real reviews.

The terrible attention is already the second time that I go to the offices because I tried to contact through the Helsana application and it is out of service. So I go directly to the office and two ladies attend me. one tries to fix something and the other simply refuses to change my insurance model. Despite the fact that helsana told me that I could do it now before February. All they want is to sell insurance and then help the customer or some confusion for that zero!

Worst health insurance in Switzerland. Rip Off Business, taking your money but not paying anything. They screw you over.

This office has competent and friendly staff.
In general, Helsana contracts are available in English and are uploaded to the Helsana portal.
They are way less picky on Zusatzversicherungen than others.

In einem Schreiben teilte mir die Helsana mit, dass ich immer zuerst den Hausarzt kontaktieren müsste, bevor ich zum Spezialisten gehe. Rund ein Jahr später hatte ich einige Termine zuviel bei meiner Therapie(Lauftermine) besucht, wovon ich nichts wusste. Dies war nun Anlass um mein Modell zu wechseln und jetzt 90.- mehr pro Monat zu verlangen, dabei ist es ja wohl offensichtlich, dass ich mir dessen nicht bewusst war.

Meiden sie Helsana.
Rechnungen die Bezahlt wurden waren nicht im System.
+eine Verarbeitungsgebühr von 450.- ???
Ein Strafverfahren ist am laufen gegen diese Gauner.
2022 Hat Helsana die meisten Kunden verloren. Dies sagt schon viel aus über diese Krankenkasse.

Das Personal ist eine komplette Lüge
und seine ablehnende Haltung hat mich erschöpft.
Sie wollen, dass ich meine Rechnungen zurückzahle. Ich schicke die von mir bezahlte Rechnung per E-Mail und sie lehnen sie immer noch ab.Sie folgen der Richtlinie, wie wir den Kunden mehr täuschen können. Ihre einzige Sorge ist es, Menschen auszurauben. Ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden, ich empfehle es niemandem. Auf jeden Fall ein Unternehmen, von dem man sich fernhalten sollte.jeden unfairen Vorteil, den Sie von mir erhalten, werde ich einen negativen Kommentar abgeben.

Die tägliche Belästigung per Mail nervt. Keine Möglichkeit gefunden dies abzubestellen. Sämtliche Beschwerden über das Kontaktformular werden nicht beantwortet. Nervt echt

Leider finde ich diese Abmeldung nirgends, habe mich nie am Newsletter angemeldet. Die vielen Nachrichten die ich bisher über das Kontaktformular gesendet habe werden nie beantwortet. Ich hoffe nicht, dass dies bei Helsana so üblich ist.
