I am very disappointed with the experience I had which in this repair shop. I brought in my new Loro Piano shoes to be cleaned. They had a bit of residue on the sides which needed to be removed with a suede brush. After I came to pick my shoes up they were distorted. Both the shape and the suede were demolished. They had laid my shoes flat in a paper bag and put other shoes of other customers on top of mine which flattened them and distorted their shape. The color of the suede had changed from a cool grey to a muddy brown. On top of this, they sprayed my CHF 800.- shoes with glitter. I asked them to bring the color back to the original color from when they were brought in but it was not possible. I wanted to take them to a specialist to fix them but they refused to give them to me without paying CHF 190.- which was not agreed on beforehand and i had already payed CHF 50.- upfront. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Took some shoes in for new heels, they pointed out some problems with the uppers and fixed them up for not much more than the heels, I never expected some old shoes to look like new when they came back, new heels, fixed stitching, new liner on the heels and scuffs buffed out. They even felt stiffer like new shoes do.
